SETIS Biofuels Technology Information Sheet

SETIS plays a central role in the successful implementation of the SET-Plan by helping to identify energy technology and RD&D objectives, striving to build consensus around the SET-Plan programme, identifying new opportunities, and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the SET-Plan in delivering energy and climate change policy goals.

The SETIS website was launched in the autumn of 2009 to provide information on the EIIs, along with the latest news, events, interviews and initiatives related to key low carbon technologies, as well as informative Technology Information Sheets on over 20 technologies including biofuels. Since its launch, the SETIS website has steadily grown in terms of content provision and user traffic.
