Towards a European Strategic Energy Technology Plan

The aim of the European Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan) is to match the most appropriate set of policy instruments to the needs of different technologies at different stages of the development and deployment cycle. Priorities include bio-diesel and bio-ethanol as well as biofuels from ligno-cellulosic Feedstocks and Synthetic fuels from gas.
